HSM Powerline SP 5088 shredder baler combination
With this waste disposal station, HSM combines the FA 500.3 heavy duty document shredder with a channel baling press. It is therefore perfect for use in archives or central stations for shredding large quantities of documents, which are then compressed into bales of up to 90 kg.
The material feeding is convenient and takes place via the non-slip conveyor belt.
We have integrated an automatic oiler into the device which will ensure it runs smoothly, giving you a consistently high cutting capacity and quality.
The combination can be commissioned very easily using Plug-and-Play. The conveyor belt-shredder can therefore be combined with a press at any time.
The induction-hardened, solid steel cutting rollers can easily cope with staples and paper clips and guarantee durability.
The powerful motor ensures a high cutting capacity and reliable continuous operation.
The shredded material compressed into compact bales is manually tied off with three baler straps of continuous polyester strapping and can also be disposed of cleanly in a waste bag.
The bale weight is variable and depends on your requirement.
Safety is a high priority for HSM and so we have incorporated an emergency off safety bar on the loading table, which stops the device when pressure is applied.
The powerful and energy efficient dust extractor HSM DE 4-100 in dust classification M ensures an optimal extraction due to the high air flow volume, thereby reducing dust emissions (accessory).
The tape station is readily accessible, the strapping tape can be easily changed.
Modern control with membrane keyboard, graphics-capable text display and language selection.
The finished bale is output safely due to two-hand operation.
